For those of you who need to be aware of allergenic ingredients in food, Krivograd Restaurant has prepared an overview of allergens present in the dishes we offer.
We have carried out a risk analysis for all raw materials and cooking processes/recipes. Based on the analysis, we have produced specifications for the dishes, listing all allergens that are present in the dishes as ingredients, as well as those allergens that may be present in trace amounts due to preparation on the same appliances (e.g. deep frying, grilling).
Please let us know if you have a food allergy or intolerance so that we can take extra care when preparing your meals.
